Penrith running clubs can apply for up to $500,000 funding under the Minns Labor Government’s new grant program to improve running safety and increase participation by women, girls and gender diverse people.
The Run My Way Grant Program will provide funding for Penrith running organisations to implement practical measures, programs and partnerships that help participants feel safer, more confident and connected when running in their communities.
Grants between $5,000 - $100,000 are available with applicants able to submit up to two applications with a maximum grant amount of $100,000.
The Run My Way Grant Program is part of Transport for NSW’s $1.3 million multi-year collaboration with the NSW Office of Sport under the Safer Cities Program, Run My Way, which includes research, partnerships and program trials.
